Our hydraulic cylinder tubes are made from Q355B steel, which is tempered for enhanced strength and durability. The cold drawing and tempering processes ensure stable performance and a long service life. The piston rods are crafted from either 45# steel or 40Cr steel, carefully selected and processed to provide excellent strength and reliability in various operating conditions.
The piston rod guide ring is made from phenolic fabric, suitable for temperatures from -35℃ to 110℃, offering great wear resistance, low friction, and effective shock absorption. The piston features an O-ring for the inner diameter and KDAS composite seals for the outer diameter, which reduce friction and prevent leakage, ensuring smooth operation. The sealing system uses NBR rubber and PU composite materials with thermoplastic reinforcement, providing effective sealing and impact resistance. The plunger wiper helps minimize contamination and extend the lifespan of the cylinder.
